Terms of Service

These terms cover byollm.cloud, dashboard.byollm.cloud, test.byollm.cloud, and subscriptions.byollm.cloud (together, “BYOLLM Cloud”), operated by Of Tomorrow, Inc., a Florida corporation. The open-source BYOLLM software is licensed separately under the MIT license; these terms cover the hosted service, not the code.

BYOLLM Cloud connects websites you authorize to AI tools running on devices you control. It routes encrypted work between them and meters usage. It is early software: it works, we test it hard, and it will still change.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account and on devices you pair. Each account gets its own workspace; teams add people you invite.

BYOLLM runs the AI tools you already have (such as the Claude CLI, Codex CLI, or Ollama) on your own machines, or on a hosted device we operate for you. Your agreements with those AI providers are yours: you are responsible for using your subscriptions within each provider’s terms. BYOLLM enforces, at the protocol level, that a personal subscription serves only its owner’s work. We never receive or store your provider credentials.

A site can send work to your devices only after you approve it, and only for the purposes it declared. You can disable a site or revoke a device at any time, and routing stops when your change reaches us. Nothing runs on your device that you did not turn on, and you can stop it at any time with byollm stop or by revoking a consent. You never owe anyone availability — your device serving work is always your choice, moment to moment.

Free, Pro, and Team plans plus add-ons are priced as shown at subscriptions.byollm.cloud and billed through Stripe. Founding prices apply to a plan for as long as you keep it; add-on prices are set at current rates. Fees are charged monthly. You can cancel any time and keep access for the paid period. Refunds: contact support@byollm.cloud. Billing mistakes on our side are refunded in full, as long as you tell us within 90 days of the charge.

A hosted device is a machine we operate that runs only your subscription services (such as Claude, Codex, and Ollama Cloud) as thin proxies to providers you already pay. It does not run locally hosted open-source or private models (such as local Ollama). For now, hosted devices are provisioned manually after purchase, as stated at purchase time. You remain responsible for the provider accounts you sign into on a hosted device, and you can terminate it at any time.

Don’t use BYOLLM Cloud to break the law, to violate an AI provider’s terms, to send abusive traffic, to attempt to access other people’s devices or data, or to circumvent metering or consent. Community and metered sharing are subject to the caps shown in the product. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other users, and we will say why.

Good-faith security research is welcome: report a vulnerability to security@byollm.cloud, give us reasonable time to fix it, and don’t access other people’s data or degrade the service — and we won’t pursue you under these terms for it.

Prompts and answers are encrypted between sites and your devices; we cannot read them and claim no rights over them.

One exception, stated plainly: on a hosted device, what you type into its console — for example, pasting a code during a CLI sign-in — passes through the operational logs of the machine we run for you. That console channel is not the end-to-end-encrypted job channel, so we can see console input, and you should treat a hosted-device console as operated by us. Your prompts, answers, and the credentials your CLIs store remain encrypted and unreadable to us; it is only what is typed at the console that is logged. Metadata we do process is described in the Privacy Policy.

The BYOLLM code is MIT licensed at github.com/oftomorrowinc/byollm. Contributions there follow the repo’s contributing terms. Ideas and feedback about the service may be used to improve it, with credit where we can give it.

BYOLLM Cloud is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Routing depends on your devices, your network, and your providers, and we do not warrant uninterrupted service or the output of any AI model, which is yours and your provider’s, not ours.

To the extent the law allows, Of Tomorrow, Inc.’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We can update these terms; material changes are announced on the site and, for subscribers, by email, and take effect when posted — we build in public and move quickly in these early days, and the changelog is part of that. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it; if you stop agreeing, cancel and stop using the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited where you live; if a term is unenforceable there, the rest still applies.
